GOQii has launched its band 2.0 in India. Having a sleek design and enhanced features, the GOQii band 2.0 is available via the company website. The band 2.0 comes free with subscriptions, which start at Rs 1,999 per month.

NEW DELHI: GOQii has launched its band 2.0 in India. Having a sleek design and enhanced features, the GOQii band 2.0 is available via the company website. The band 2.0 comes free with subscriptions, which start at Rs 1,999 per month.
GOQii band 2.0 has an OLED touch display and an integrated charger that can be connected to any standard USB port to charge the smartband.
The company claims that the band provides up to 14 days of battery backup. It also comes with NFC support for contactless payments, powered by Axis Bank.
In order to improve its health ecosystem and offer new services, GOQii has partnered with Thyrocare and Max Healthcare. Now, users will be able to consult a doctor based on their fitness and can also ask for opinions about changing their lifestyle. In case the doctor recommends a diagnostic test, users will be able to book the same via Thyrocare. Moreover, the app will enable users to book appointment with any doctor at Max hospitals for a detailed analysis.

All the fitness data of users including prescription history, lab tests and other health records can be stored at one location named GOQii health lock, which can be accessed any time via the app.
These new features will be immediately available for users of the new GOQii band 2.0. Those using the first-generation smartband will also be able to get the new features and services.
Recently, French consumer electronics company Withings launched a range of connected health devices in India. The range includes fitness watches, Wi-Fi scales and more.

The Nokia-owned company launched Withings Activite Pop, Activite Steel, Activite Sapphire, Pulse Ox smartwatches and fitness bands, Home HD camera, Aura sleep monitor and Blood pressure monitor. The Activite Pop, Activite Steel, and Activite Sapphire trackers are priced at Rs 14,999, Rs 17,999, and Rs 34,999 respectively.
The devices , as per the company, automatically track tasks such as running, walking and swimming using the firm's own Connected Movement Technology. The tracker syncs with the updated Withings Health Mate app to show all the recorded information.
