Donald Trump has once again been slammed for the "unauthorised use" of music, and this time it's Earth, Wind & Fire who are hitting out.

Earlier this week, Queen hit out at the Republican presidential nominee for using their song 'We Will Rock You' at the Republican National Convention.

Now Earth, Wind & Fire have accused the businessman of using their song 'September' without their permission.

According to Billboard, the house band played a rendition of the song during the second night of the convention where Trump was formally nominated.

In response to Queen's earlier tweet, the band identically wrote: "Another unauthorized use (September) at the Republican Convention, against our wishes."

They join the likes of The Rolling Stones, REM and Neil Young in slamming the presidential nominee for using their music without permission throughout his campaign.

The RNC has already racked up its fair share of controversy this week, with Trump's wife Melania being accused of plagiarising parts of her address from one given by Michelle Obama at the Democratic National Convention in 2008.

However, the Trump campaign has insisted that the content of the speech was entirely original.
