BUYER BEWARE. I also had a horrible experience and had to hire another AC company to fix what Comfort Tech messed up on a BRAND NEW AC unit. Don't make the mistake like I did, do your research in advance and avoid these folks like the plague. I was lied to, and am out another $1015 on top of what I already paid. The work is shoddy and you will get burned if you go this path. PLEASE AVOID

Absolutely the worst experience I've ever had with an A/C company. Matthew the tech was only concerned with trying to convince me that I had a moldy system and that it was functioning properly other than that - NOPE not the case. After hiring a reputable company my system is working great, it was only 5lbs light on refrigerant. Obviously Comfort Tech will send out technicians who don't know how to properly diagnose an A/C unit. Hell he was even so dumb to show me the numbers on his meter and with a couple quick searches on google it is easy to see that my system was operating with low pressures. To makes things even worse when he found out that I was going to ask for a second opinion on his "mold" scam then he became hateful and rude. Usual behavior of a liar caught in the act!! If I could give negative stars I would because this company should be absolutely ashamed of how their technicians represent there company. I will gladly spend the rest of my days in Tampa Bay being sure to refer business anywhere but Comfort Tech!

My wife and I installed the Comfort Tech Stage 4 Active Purifier. She has seen a tremendous increase in comfort with allergies after the work was completed. I highly recommend.

Robert was a very helpful person. Very professional. Explained what they were going to be doing. Wasn't exactly on time but that was not a problem.

Comfort Tech I think is a game changer ! They were my 3rd repair estimate from an Ac contractor. They were able to perform a simple repair and get our Ac system cooling again where others said the only option was to replace it. I was so impressed I just called from my NOW comfortable home and purchased a new Ac system from them. My opinion , this company will go far ! The level of expertise and commitment to true customer service was outstanding. We as a customers deserve the comfort tech treatment. Highly recommend!

Very late for appointment. After I told them the drain line was clogged, seemed totally oblivious to why the unit wasn't working for the service, and wanted to simply look it over. When I asked how much to clear the drain line, wanted an additional $271. Tech was very unprofessional and condescending. Will never use them for anything again!

This was a horriably experiance from the begining. I been lied to hung up on and over 4 cancelations for the tech to come out and look at some issues I have with the unit . The opperator that handeles all request sound nice but is very unproductive in the expiditing of an issues . When ask questions she has no answers and will not pass you on to anybody that will be better to assist you ,she will not even let you speek to upper management . I feel like they are hiding somthing or putting things under the rug. This is truly a company that opperates with a bunch of B.S. Just to get your money. Do not use them unless you want to be put aside and lied to .

Matt was amazing. We had just bought our home and later that same day, when we arrived at the home, there was NO AC. It was over 90 degrees inside. We called that night and in the morning right away heard from them that they would be out between noon and 5pm. Matt resolved the problem and had us back in business before 5pm so we could begin moving.

We had an older air conditioner at our home. It was working, but our electric bills have been so high! Adam showed me how a new energy efficient puron based air conditioner will reduce our electric bills and pay for itself pretty fast. I really like the extended length warranties that came with our new air conditioner, gives me peace of mind that I won’t have to pay out anything for repairs for a long time. Adam was very professional and personable. The two guys that installed everything were very respectful and cleaned everything up completely when they were done. I’m told that the entire thing will be inspected by the city soon and I’m sure that will go fine as I could tell that the guys knew what they were doing. I also like that it came with some device that kills bacteria as the guys showed me a bunch of yucky looking stuff that was inside my old unit. I will tell my neighbors to give them a call so they can upgrade their old noisy units that keep me awake.

Tech CHASE was on time and professional. My family was HOT.. Repair was supposed to start at $2000 with someone else who quoted over the phone and watned to charge $80 trip fee b/c its a holiday weekend. Comfort Tech saved me hundreds. Memorial Day weekend, and they didn't even charge a trip fee! I was shocked at the difference with this company - Chase def. knew his stuff and walked me through on the IPAD to show me where the problem was and how to fix it. Thank you COMFORT TECH! - I would def. refer to a friend.
