DesignCrowd Community Creates Infographic To Support The Act For Peace Ration Challenge

Having at least one main meal a day is something many people are fortunate enough to be able to take for granted.

Whether it's just one sizable dinner, three staple meals, or snacks on hand at any point in the day, it can be easy for those who have to forget the reality for those who do not have when it comes to food.

So to raise awareness about the millions of refugees around the world who live on limited daily rations, the Act For Peace Ration Challenge asks people to eat within the same restrictions for a week.

According to organizers, a Syrian refugee will have just a small amount of rice, beans, lentils, fish, oil, and flour available to them to last a full seven days. Even before you break it down into meals, it's not very much at all.

All the money raised will go towards providing refugees with the food, medicine and support they need to survive.

And as a way of supporting the cause, we asked our creative community to design an eye-catching infographic outlining the specific rations participants will have to live on.
