British crooner Adele is putting down roots in a celebrity-studded Beverly Hills neighborhood. The "Hello" singer has purchased a new, approximately 6,500-square-foot home in the gated and guarded community of Hidden Valley, reports Trulia; Adele's new neighbors include Hunger Games superstar Jennifer Lawrence and, very recently, Avatar actress Zoe Saldana. The residence sits on a large landscaped lot surrounded by mature trees. The backyard contains an awesome treehouse, a pool and spa, and an outdoor train set.
Inside, there are two formal living rooms, a formal dining room, and a two-story foyer at the entrance to the house. The master bedroom is appointed with two closets and a "bonus room." Many rooms throughout the four-bedroom, six-bathroom house feature beamed ceilings and fireplaces. Adele paid $9.5 million for the place.
