Documentation includes information on the planning process, permission and networking set up, monitoring, backups, workflows for ticket submission and resolution, service levels, and much more. Our public cloud operations are very similar to the managed cloud ones. The same team is handling both kinds of deployments and the set of tools and procedures is highly standardized.
