On a beautiful Spring day, Tyler Lepley shared how he steps into new opportunities which he calls ‘fulfilling his personal legend’, but not before he reflected on his decade-long journey often mistaken as an overnight success. Must have been one hell of a night.
According to Lepley’s research, it takes 10 years to make an overnight success. “Really when you do your research, there’s 10 years behind [someone’s success] where there was nothing but hard work and no success and no one realizing it.” He spoke first-hand about the preparation involved in mastering his craft.
