Column Technologies Included as One of the 14 Providers that Matter Most in Dynamic Case Management by Independent Research Firm

Column Case Management acknowledged for domain expertise

LOMBARD, Ill.--()--Column Technologies, a global technology solutions provider specializing in case management, today announced that it has been named a contender by Forrester Research, Inc. in the independent analyst firm’s “The Forrester Wave™: Dynamic Case Management, Q1 2016” report.

Column Technologies was among 14 selected case management providers that Forrester invited to participate in its 2016 Forrester WaveTM. Forrester conducted an exhaustive product and company evaluation, and interviewed Column Technologies’ customers, as part of the report’s process. In this evaluation, the report states that Column Case Management’s “strength is domain expertise,” stating that “Investigative case management covers several large police applications (for example, the vendor developed a proprietary Automated Solvability Index Matrix) and extensive applications for Medicare fraud.” The report also cited “easier configuration and plenty of functionality such as good sorting and filtering for case worker personalization.”

Nori De Jesus, Global Director of Marketing at Column Technologies, said, “We view the inclusion in this report as validation of our product’s capabilities. We believe the recognition speaks volumes about our customers’ satisfaction, as they continually reference Column as the go-to partner in their industry. From inception, our goal has been to deliver an innovative solution that addresses the most pressing challenges in process management. With this, we strive to help customers meet compliance regulations, address security demands, ensure best practices and gain a return on investment through improved operational efficiencies. We are passionate about the markets we serve and our expertise is a reflection of our commitment to our customers and partners.”

Column Case Management is widely used in State, City and Federal agencies, as well as the commercial sector, to manage investigative processes and mitigate fraud risks. While the software’s core features provide exponential functionality, the proprietary modules, including: data visualization; chat; structured search; surveys; and a solvability matrix, allow organizations to streamline and automate less structured processes as well as meet specific marketplace demands. Column Case Management use cases span law enforcement, Office of Inspectors General, human trafficking, fraud, risk management, financial shared services, cyber security, customer service support, Medicaid fraud and Program Integrity.
