Vagabond

Sundays are meant for BBQs by the pool. At least in Miami in February, which is why Vagabond is launching its monthly poolside BBQ series this Sunday from 2 to 6 p.m.

Each month Vagabond's executive chef Alex Chang will team up with a different local chef to create the grub. First up is Steve Santana from Taquiza, together they are making an a la carte meun of Mexican street corn, tomato aguachile, uni tostada, a leguna "cheeseburger," goat prepared caja china style and seasonal raspado. Bites start at $6 per item, with drinks by Montelobos Mezcal and Ancho Reyes also on hand.

Next up in the line up is Brad Kilgore of Alter on March 20 and Phuket Thongsodchaveondee of Cake Thai on April 17. Admission is free with RSVP. Secure your spot to the festivities here.
