BREAKING: Fashion Week Booted From Lincoln Center

It's the end of an era: According to court documents, New York Fashion Week will no longer take place at Lincoln Center's Damrosch Park after this February.

The documents, dated last Friday, December 12th and spotted this morning by local blog A Walk In The Park, state that Lincoln Center, the city of New York and the parks and recreation department have booted organizers IMG Fashion from Lincoln Center. Once the current sublicense agreement ends in February, NYFW will not be allowed to renew.

No word on where Fashion Week will take place next September or afterwards, but stay tuned.
