The Ohio average is still slightly lower than the national average, which was $3.34 on Monday, identical to last week’s average price. Among Ohio’s metropolitan areas, the Youngstown area has lowest average at about $3.26 per gallon. The highest average price is about $3.32 in Cincinnati.
