ECFR Berlin and Stiftung Mercator run a series of events on “Europe seen from the outside”. The aim of this series is to introduce non-European perspectives and opinions of Europe in order to improve the current European policy debate. These essays build on the contributions of our participants and will include pieces on Russia, Turkey and the Maghreb amongst others.
