If the Seahawks have had enough of running back Marshawn Lynch and are ready to move on from him next season, it's news to coach Pete Carroll. A day after ESPN suggested that the team had grown tired of Lynch and that he might not be back in 2015, Carroll disputed the report.

"I have nothing to say about that, because there's nothing to that," Carroll said, via HeraldNet.com. "I have no idea where that came from. We have nothing to say about that. At this point, I don't think it behooves us to try to respond to all of these kind of things in the locker room. Our players have told you how they feel, our coaches have told you how we feel, and we're in a really good place right now. It's just not worth it. There's nothing to that at all. I don't know where that came from."

The Seahawks' locker room has come under scrutiny in the last 10 days. It began when the team shipped Percy Harvin to the Jets and Lynch was reportedly irate when he learned of the news. That led to anonymous players wondering whether Russell Wilson is black enough (Richard Sherman said the story was made up, and Wilson admitted that he didn't even know what "not being black enough" meant), and called into question the overall state of the locker room that had stumbled to a 3-3 record before Sunday's win over the Panthers.

In addition to the ESPN report, NFL Network reported that Lynch no longer talks with coaches.

Carroll was asked about that too.

"Whenever I need to," the coach said when asked how often he and Lynch talk. "Look, what do you want me to... You're asking me about my personal relationship with my players now? We're doing great. Everything's going great. ...

"He's doing fine," Carroll said of Lynch. "He's done such a great job. Since the day he got back here, he looked terrific, he returned in great shape, he's busted his tail, he's done everything we've asked of him… He's always ready to play and he's played his tail off, so he's doing great."

No word on if Carroll asked Lynch about his Lamborghini.

Lynch rushed for 62 yards Sunday in Charlotte, and he came into the game as the NFL's third-rated running back behind DeMarco Murray and Rashad Jennings, according to Football Outsiders. As we've said repeatedly in recent weeks, all the chitchat goes away if the Seahawks continue to win.

Bengals WR A.J. Green (toe) unlikely to play Week 8

NFL Media's Albert Breer reported on Twitter Saturday morning that Bengals star wide receiver A.J. Green, who is dealing with a toe injury, is unlikely to play Sunday in the team's divisional showdown with the Baltimore Ravens. Green is trying to recover from ligament damage underneath his big toe.Green has missed the past two weeks. In Week 6, the Bengals still put up 37 points against Carolina in a game that ended in a tie. However, in their Week 7 loss to Indianapolis, the Bengals' offense was stagnant, amassing a paltry 135 yards on the day.

With Green out, Mohamed Sanu figures to be the only wide receiver worth considering in fantasy. The Ravens allow the sixth-most fantasy points per game to the position, so he's a decent option in spite of the team's performance last week against the Colts. Without Green, QB Andy Dalton's value is the most impacted. The Ravens are already one of the top teams in the league against fantasy quarterbacks. Take away his top weapon, and Dalton is not a starting option in most formats.Expect Giovani Bernard to be more involved in the passing game than usual, making him a solid RB1 option, especially in PPR formats.
