Dive in, head first

My cucumbers are exploding with blossoms out in the garden and the bees are having themselves a delicious little banquet.

As am I…

    • They certainly are getting their fill on my cucumber blossoms! The other day I saw a bee who had gathered so much pollen that it could barely fly, it actually landed on my lemon balm, rubbed its legs together to knock some of it off, and then flew away all drunken like. 🙂

  6. I love your poem with the bee picture! And those cucumbers are amazing, especially considering you had snow just a few months ago!

    • Oh oh, so I take it your cukes aren’t doing very well? Sorry to hear that Lori, hope you’re having luck with some of your other plants though. It’s always different from year to year which plants do well ~ oddly I’m not having a big harvest of zucchini this year. I’m just hoping they’re just a bit late and that they’ll take off and start producing more.
Hope you have a great weekend! 🙂

    • Oh, I am enjoying them, very much! The variety I planted this year are extra tasty! I always plan to take note from year to year what varieties I like so I can plant them again, but then just end up buying my seeds spontaneously while I’m out somewhere, so it ends up being a surprise what I get. Glad these ones are yummy! xx 😀
