July 24 Release of Apocryphal by Lisa Marie Basile

Join us for the release of APOCRYPHAL, Lisa Marie Basile's first collection of poetry! Her reading will be joined by Bruce Covey and Sarah Gerard.

Bruce Covey's sixth book of poetry, Change Machine, was published by Noemi Press in 2014. He lives in Atlanta, GA, where he publishes and edits Coconut magazine and Coconut Books and curates the What's New in Poetry reading series.

Sarah Gerard’s novel Binary Star is forthcoming from Two Dollar Radio in January 2015. Her chapbook Things I Told My Mother was published by Von Zos in 2013. Short works have appeared in the New York Times, New York Magazine, the Paris Review Daily, BOMB, Bookforum, Joyland, Music & Literature, Slice Magazine, the LA Review of Books, and other journals. She holds an MFA from The New School and works at BOMB Magazine.

LMB is the author of two chapbooks and the forthcoming full-length APOCRYPHAL (Noctuary Press). She edits Luna Luna, curates poetry from The The Poetry, and co-hosts a musico-poetics salon, Diorama. She is the NY editor and a writing instructor or The Doctor T. J. Eckleburg Review. A graduate of The New School’s MFA program, she has worked at PEN American Center as a graduate assistant. Her work can be seen in The Boiler Journal, Huffington Post, The Nervous Breakdown, Coldfront, PANK, Prick of the Spindle and others. @lisamariebasile.
