Get Lean Now, Beginner/Intermediate (8 weeks): For cyclists who have been riding for less than a year, or who ride, on average, a few times a week up to 2 hours. You may have done some beginner club rides. This plan is designed for the cyclist who has 6 to 12 hours a week to train. Don't worry if you have a little less time than that. You can customize the plan around your schedule.

Get Lean Now, Advanced (8 weeks): For cyclists who have been riding regularly for a year or longer, at least three times a week, and has done some longer rides of at least 3 hours. The plan is designed for the cyclist who has 9 to 14 hours a week to train. Don't worry if you have a little less time than that. You can customize the plan around your schedule.
