The print arrived super quickly and in a package that was safe to travel so it would stay intact. This was an excellent buy.

The shipping of all my original artworks is fully insured for your peace of mind. I take great care both in my packaging and choice of shipping method to send my original artworks as quickly and securely as possible. However, if you believe the artwork has been lost or damaged in transit please contact me immediately.
IMPORTANT DELIVERY ADVICE!
Please note that if you instruct the delivery company to deliver the package without you signing for it personally e.g. leaving it in your post box, at your door, on the porch, under the stairs, in the garden, or with someone else such as a neighbour, colleague or local shopkeeper, this will be recorded. If the artwork subsequently goes missing, its loss will not be covered by the insurance. If you choose to do this, you do so at your own risk and I can’t be held responsible for the loss of the artwork. As a result, I strongly suggest you make arrangements to receive the package yourself or to have a trusted person receive the delivery.
WHAT TO DO IF THE PACKAGE IS DAMAGED UPON DELIVERY - IMPORTANT!
Firstly, do not refuse the package. If you don’t accept delivery of the package then the damage can’t be claimed and I won’t be able to help you. If your artwork arrives with visible damage to the packaging make sure to point this out and file a complaint with the delivery person then and there so there is a record of it. Make sure the damage is recorded on the delivery note. This is important because to claim on the insurance then both the recipient (you) and the sender (me) have to file complaints at each end. If you fail to report the damage upon delivery, I’m afraid I can’t help you as the company can claim the damage occurred post-delivery.
Before opening the package please take several clear and well-lit photos of it and then take subsequent photos of the packaging as you unwrap it. Please take photos of the damage to the artwork as well.
Contact me immediately with the photos and I will instruct you on the steps for you to follow and take the necessary measures at my end also. It’s very important you contact me as soon as you can as claims for damage are time-sensitive. Thank you!
