To Change Your Habits, Work on the Strategy of Foundation

I’m doing a video series in which I discuss the various strategies that we can use for habit-formation.

Habits are the invisible architecture of everyday life, and a significant element of happiness. If we have habits that work for us, we’re much more likely to be happy, healthy, productive, and creative. For instance, I've discussed the Strategy of Scheduling — one of my favorite strategies (yes, I do have favorites, I must confess.) This is an Upholder favorite, and one of the least favorites of Rebels.

This week is the Strategy of Foundation.

To sum up, from my observation, the four Foundation habits are:

Foundation habits are a good place to start, when you're tackling your habits. From my experience, people often pour a huge amount of energy into changing a habit that won't actually make much difference in their lives, when trying to achieve an aim that would be much better addressed through a different habit. Like my friend who felt exhausted, overworked, out of shape -- and gave up chewing gum.

How about you? Do you find that when your Foundation is strong, it’s easier to stick to other habits? For instance, when you get enough sleep, you can write your weekly report without procrastinating. Or when the papers in your office are organized, you can choose almonds instead of potato chips for your snack.

To Change my Habits,through on 5 Things is goodness universal basis like-The bathroom is a great When wake up,we left the bedroom,I would go to the bathroom. The bathroom is a great consideration that teach thinking to meet the realities of the world and life.because the bedroom or other rooms such as a kitchen,working can be used by many users at the same time,even the kitchen by then, Everybody around the together dining table.But the bathroom can to use by one person only.So we have many time to consider myself. primary function of the bathroom with it. 1) It is considered to be not beautiful of the body.considering our age that go through by each day,it's here.Then narcissism will vanish and have not resentment. 2) It is considered the decay of the body that runs continuously. 3) It is considered the nest of Diseases of physical Bathroom is considered a disease and the most important Bathroom is very good for take care of health,such as Learned to check up on my own stool and urine out of this room.It make to have the good health,so we wait not to become the patient. When use the bathroom,to training for everyone in the house have to clean the bathroom. Difference of station in life even though that we be poor or rich,In Bathrooms we are millionaire to have money thousand or tens of million.Learn to take care of yourself bathroom.Training the child can to take care of his bathroom. Otherwise he can not take care of him health,when he is children training to scrub his toilet.when he grow up to be unconditional working.To go future even though him parents were or himself sick,he can to take care of parents.If he have to wipe stool, urine ,or pour out stool,urine that he do to parents by do not mind,the important he can to take care of his health. This is not overlooked.
