“Can you advise me?” or “Can you give me some advice?”
It’s not an easy question. If you don’t have someone to speak with, the best way is to listen, read, and speak (even if it’s to yourself), as much as you can. Learning grammar and vocabulary is also key, so you’re on the right track by using a website like EngVid.

My name is Ahmad. I am from Syria. I left my country two years ago because of the war. I live in Saudi Arabia. I studied at the university in Syria, but now I have stopped studying because I am not accepted in Saudi universities.
