Prelude of the Awakening Journey
by  Mervyn Brady

I urge you, go on quickly, look ahead, not behind. Sense what you are missing out on and please do not be content with what you have achieved to date. As you awaken further your whole life must be guided by a desire to become closer, at one with the Gods. This longing will grow in the Soul fed by beauty, your efforts, and assistance from the Gods, all of which must be accepted by you. But be warned, at this point the Gods will tolerate no rivals, real or imaginary. They seek nothing other than you alone. Their Will is that you should be passive and allow them to place their imprint on the wax of your being. It is essential at this point that you are well experienced in warding off enemy attacks, as you must guard this state vigilantly. If you are willing and able to remain here you need only ask and the Gods will come to you.

Lay hold of yourself therefore and try with all your Being; the Gods are waiting for you and are ever ready to serve you.

God is Ripening
by Rainer Maria Rilke

Because once someone dared
to want you,
I know that we, too, may want you.

When gold is in the mountain
and we've ravaged the depths
till we've given up digging,

it will be brought forth into day
by the river that mines
the silences of stone.

Even when we don't desire it,
God is ripening.

To See As God Sees
by Meister Eckhart

It is your destiny to
see as God sees,
to know as God knows,
to feel as God
feels.

How is this possible? How?
Because divine love cannot defy its very self.

Divine love will be
eternally true to its own being,
and its being is giving all it can,
at the perfect,
moment.

And the greatest gift
God can give is His own experience.

Every object, every creature,
every man, woman and child
has a soul
and it is the destiny
of all,

to see as God sees,
to know as God knows
to feel as God feels,
to Be as God
Is.

Quietly Accept Events As They Occur

by Epictetus

Don't demand that events happen
as you wish them to.
Accept events as they actually happen.
That way peace is possible.
