Ferrari Daily Driver: FF Spotted Carrying Lumber

Ferrari has been building all sorts of one-offs lately, but we may have come across the most extreme one. Meet the Ferrari FF lumberjack edition.

In our Ferrari FF review, we mentioned our wish for an even greater capacity, but it seems that one American owner dealt with this by thinking outside the box. Literally. The man used his FF to carry lumber, being spotted in Arlington, Virginia.

Some Ferrari drivers dislike the usual attention magnet of such a car, they just want the thing for the experience, not the attention. A Ferrari FF in a color such as the one here is probably the most discrete way of wearing a Prancing Horse badge these days, but this guy turned the entire scheme around. You’d probably be able to spot the... utilitarian FF from a mile away.

We have to admit that, using the right Manetinno mode and a light foot, you can convince Ferrari’s FF to play nice, with the V12 engine working quietly to carry you... and your lumber around.

Wooden trim has been spotted in Ferraris before, albeit attracting rather aggresive opinions from the public, but this guy takes the game to a whole new level, showing the FF can be one hell of a daily driver.
