All are welcome to servant-leadership presentation tomorrow
All are invited to join us for a session, “Women Serving AND Leading: The Role of Presence and Power in Servant Leadership,” from 3:30 to 5 p.m. tomorrow afternoon (Tuesday) in EHS 102 on the Newberg campus. Our own MaryKate Morse from the seminary will be presenting.
Women and men in institutional environments can default to traditional roles of men primarily leading and women primarily serving. Jesus led and served, and he invited women and men to do the same.
This presentation by MaryKate explores the unique challenges women face as servant-leaders and suggests ways men and women might support each other on the journey. We hope you can join us! Refreshments will be served. The event is sponsored by the Leadership Development Initiative.
