      Ho acquistato l'orologio ma l'ho prontamente reso dopo una quindicina di gg.Secondo me è troppo piccolo per essere cartografico e troppo grande da portare al polso.Direi che il fenix3 è piu indicato come gps da polso.Per il resto va molto bene .

      Servizio ottimo e venditore più che affidabile. Il prodotto è arrivAto prima della data prevista. L orologio rispetta appieno le aspettative, da migliorare la stabilità con le mappe non-garmin. In poco tempo l orologio diverrà un compagno di viaggio a cui difficilmente si potrà rinunciare.

      Top di gamma, ottimo per qualsiasi attività si voglia fare, utile per impostare allenamenti legati a corsa e bici con relativi recuperi. Da migliorare la parte cartografica legata alle mappe non di facile utilizzo ed in questo modo quasi superflua.

      Schade, schade ... von den Funktionen her ein tolles Produkt, speziell zum Wandern und Radeln. Leider wirkt die Uhr insgesamt sehr billig, das Armband ist viel zu breit, sie hat leider die Optik und das Erscheinungsbild einer Uhr aus dem Kaugummiautomaten. Dazu nur ein Mineralglas.

      Die Rechenleistung ist jämmerlich, die Karte braucht eine Ewigkeit, bis sie sich aufgebaut hat. Der Touchscreen reagiert entweder gar nicht nicht, oder dann gleich mit mehreren Schritten auf's Mal. Der GPS-Empfang dauert ebenfalls ewig, sobald man irgendwo unter einem Vordach steht verliert die Uhr den GPS-Empfang.

      Die Idee ist gut, die Umsetzung leider katastrophal.
      Liebe Garmin-Leute: Bitte integriert die Möglichkeit einer Karte in die fenix3!
      Meine Empfehlung: die fenix3. Die feinx3 sieht super aus, ist schnell, ist genau, ist mit Saphirglas und Metallband robust und wirklich wertig verarbeitet. Man verzichtet zwar (leider) auf eine Karte auf dem Display, aber vielleicht tut die manuelle Gedankenarbeit mit einer Wanderkarte aus Papier unserem Gehirn auch ganz gut ;-)

      Je suis un utilisateur expérimenté des GPS Garmin, je possède déjà une montre gps Fenix et un Edge 1000.
      Ayant revendu mes gps Oregon 650 et Edge Touring, je recherchais un GPS de secours pour mes séjours VTT et Randonnée pédestre.
      La prise en main n’est pas très facile, la documentation Garmin comme souvent étant assez pauvre, par exemple, pour la navigation, comment suivre un circuit enregistré n’est pas abordé. Par contre une fois maitrisé le lien entre les menus de configuration, les menus d’utilisation, ce n’est que du bonheur.
      Le couplage avec votre smartphone est facile. La liaison avec votre ordinateur est réalisée par un cable USB uniquement il n’y a pas de Wifi sur cette montre GPS.
      Je distinguerai trois domaines d’utilisation.
      Montre de tous les jour, ce n’est pas sont point fort, mais avec un Widget vous aurez l’heure et la visualisation de votre activité.
      Suivi de votre activité « fitness", elle fait très bien le travail, nombre de pas, sommeil, distance tout fonctionne bien… La synchronisation avec l’application Gamin connect mobile se fait san problème en blue tooth. Les mises à jour se font également au moment de la synchronisation.
      Enregistrement de vos activités sportives. Un grand nombre d’activités sont prévues, course à pied, natation, vélo, ski…. Et vous pouvez en ajouter si besoin. Le GPS enregistrera une trace de vos périples et vous pourrez les remonter sur Garmin Connect au moment de la synchronisation. Le suivi d’un circuit enregistré au préalable n’est qu’une variante du suivi d’activité. Vous pourrez visualiser sur la carte votre trace et celle que que vous souhaitez suivre.
      Au chapitre des regrets, la cartographie livrée en Europe n’est pas topographique pour tout dire elle est inutile, vous devrez la remplacer par une cartographie OSM ou payante si vous quittez les routes goudronnées. La carte Garmin Cycle livrée sur les GPS Edge 1000 par exemple aurait été un meilleur choix.
      La documentation et la cartographie inadaptée explique que je ne donne que 4 étoiles à cette montre GPS qui place la barre très haut.

      La bomba! Tiene una precisión buenísima. Lo cogí en oferta(nuevo a estrenar por 293€).
      Lo uso sobre todo para ir al monte y no perderme si se echa la niebla. Te lleva de vuelta a un punto grabado o ves la ruta que has ido haciendo. Además también va ideal en piscina. Viene muy completo(tema mapas)y la precisión de; temperatura,altímetro,velocidad etc es increíble. Sin duda lo volvería a comprar.
      Además es fácil de usar.

      I am a little surprised there are so few Amazon reviews on this device. I bought an iWatch and got bored of it after 3 hours and gave it back a few days later. My very loyal and well used Garmin 305 became unusable a couple of months ago due to a cracked screen so I did my research and discovered the Epix would combine both technologies (Smartwatch & GPS-multisport) into one device so decided to invest.

      This is a phenomenal piece of equipment, it is vast in its abilities and functionality. I wont bother going into any detail as there are much better reviewers/reviews out there on the web focussed at this device.

      Out of the box, I charged the device to 100% via my laptop USB port and spend a couple of hours playing and the battery degraded VERY quickly which was initially a huge concern but that night I charged it off mains for the whole night and found that for the first full day with it, I did an 8 mile ride to work on GPS, regular Bluetooth notifications from my iPhone throughout the day (this works really well for emails, sms and Whatsapp), a firmware upgrade without a cabled connection (make sure you do the firmware upgrade ASAP), copied over the (much more detailed) OpenStreetMaps file and then did another 5 mile walk with GPS in the evening. The device was showing at 92% - STUNNING. Make sure you do one solid nights charge off mains after delivery as this helps prepare the battery for its new life out of the box.

      There is a mildly steep learning curve with this device, but I dont mean that in a way that suggests it is difficult to use, it is actually very well laid out with sound logic in its various menu systems, it's just the sheer amount of functionality and customisability on the device is vast so it takes a short while to get used to where things are. The full user manual (which is the one you will need to refer to if you get stuck) is not provided in the box but is only 1 click away via a web search.

      Only slightly negative things I should mention are that the sleep monitoring is not very clever at all, I do not need this function so not a problem for me personally. Also, since upgrading to the latest IOS, the music controls stopped working, I think this is more Apple's fault than Garmin's but I am sure Garmin will have this nailed in the next software update. There is a fair bit of complaining about this on the web and from my experience, Garmin read these forums and listen to their customers so it's only a matter of time.

      The device just works. It paired with the iPhone in seconds, it finds GPS in seconds, it gives me SMART notifications even before my iPhone beeps, I can choose and start an activity in seconds, it loads up my location on the map in seconds, it connects to its supporting software and app (Garmin Express, BaseCamp IQConnect & Connect app) with absolutely no fuss and all in seconds.

      This device is large, it attracts attention and looks the business. I have small wrists yet it does not look out of place and is 100% comfortable to wear day and night. I could go on and on but my EPIX just told me to MOVE! So I will conclude with saying, a job well done to Garmin as it surpassed my expectations.

      prima Uhr, macht sehr viel Freude. Es gibt genug Tests, die die Uhr beschreiben.
      Zwei Themen noch:
      * Garmin Topo Deustchland ist nicht einfach drauf zu kriegen, aber mit etwas Verständnis schafft man es
      * für reine Lesebrillen-Besitzer - hier ist zu berücksichtigen, dass die Kartendarstellung schon etwas klein ist und unterwegs nur zum Lesen der Uhr eine Lesebrille aufzusetzen etwas umständlich --> Anregung für Garmin: "Seniorenmodus" --> weniger Informationen (ofter blätterm) dafür größer dargestellt, vor allem im Kartenmodus
