The 3 stars is only for the no coupon and buggy features from the app. Ordering from the application is ok to be honest, i had better apps to order other than this. The main problem is that the notifications inbox seems like to never have any notification at all. Also, the order history is useless. It just says the pizza packet that i order which is papi trio but never says what toppings that i choose that time, Even the sides is not included in the history. Please fix this issue if possible.

First time trying the app out and it was not a good experience. Whenever i try to order, the app requires me to do do another verification through a code that they'll send on WhatsApp. But the code was never sent. I even tried re-ordering 3 times, and tried resending the code. Still didn't work. Pretty disappointing to be honest.

I just recently had an in app order where it happens to be a technical difficulties, so my orders can't be processed and I was told to re order and was told to do the payments with another method other than online debit cards. I told the CS, that I've paid that order and my balance has been cut for payment, they said it took 14 DAYS MINIMUM for my balance to be refunded and didn't even try to process my 'already paid' order. Was the best chain in my list, now you're out. The worst service...
