'Plant-Based' Restaurant SPARK Set For East Nashville

Spark of Life Cafe (also known as SPARK), described as 'Nashville's Premiere Plant-Based restaurant,' is coming to new East Nashville development 1100 Fatherland. Set for a May opening, the project is the newest venture from the owners of Spark of Life Healing Foods on Charlotte Pike. Via their website, SPARK promises "raw and gently cooked fare....handcrafted foods [that] are 100% vegan, gluten-free, sugar-free, unprocessed and contain benefits that go beyond basic nutrition." The East Nashville location will also feature their line of Grab-n-Go products. Coincidentally, the Charlotte Pike location just re-opened this past Tuesday after closing up shop for several months to undertake some R&D for new products.
