PLAYA VISTA, Calif.--(BUSINESS WIRE)--Cedars-Sinai is enhancing its footprint in Southern California with a brand-new regional office at Runway Playa Vista. Cedars-Sinai has signed an 11-year lease for the entire 32,000-square-foot Class A commercial office space, with plans to open by the end of next year.
The new space at Runway will enable Cedars-Sinai to extend its world-class primary care and specialty health care services to people living and working throughout the adjacent communities of Culver City, Mar Vista, Marina del Rey, Playa del Rey, Playa Vista and Westchester. The new site is part of Cedars-Sinai’s ongoing efforts to create convenient access to their high-quality services close to where people live and work.
Construction will transform the second, third and fourth floors of Runway into high-quality medical office space leased by Cedars-Sinai, which will be an anchor for the new mixed-use lifestyle center. The medical offices will be located above Runway’s popular shops and restaurants, many of which have recently opened, including Whole Foods Market, Starbucks and CVS/pharmacy.
