Five Courses of Seafood in Pioneer Square; Seattle Cider Co. Expands to Minnesota

PIONEER SQUARE The Kitchen by Delicatus is presenting a seafood-focused dinner on April 25 called Cold Water Excursion. Chef Aaron Willis will prepare five courses of spring ingredients and Mediterranean flavors. The family-style dinner will include chargrilled octopus, shrimp bisque, scallops, and Alaskan King salmon. CIDER WIRE Seattle Cider Company is expanding its distribution to Minnesota. Several varieties (including the popular Gin Botanical and Three Pepper) will be sold in 16-ounce cans, 22-ounce bottles, and on draft around the state starting May 4. [EaterWire]
