  • Prey

Skyrim Special Edition for Xbox One, PS4 and PC was a big announcement, although not a big surprise.

Having been leaked beforehand, the remastered classic got a big cheer from the crowd as it hit the screen, showing off updated visuals and mod support.

Winner of more than 200 Game of the Year Awards, Skyrim Special Edition includes the critically acclaimed game and add-ons with all-new features like remastered art and effects, volumetric god rays, dynamic depth of field, screen-space reflections, and more.

Skyrim Special Edition also brings the full power of PC mods to consoles.  New quests, environments, characters, dialogue, armor, weapons and more.

Fallout 4 sees it final three DLC packages release later this year: Contraptions Workshop, Vault-Tec Workshop, and Nuka-World.

Contraptions Workshop arrives June 21, 2016, providing new conveyer belts, scaffolding kits, track kits and logic gates to help construct new crazy and complex gadgets to improve Wasteland settlements.

The Contraptions Workshop also includes all-new features like elevators, greenhouse kits, warehouse kits, fireworks, armor racks.

Vault-Tec Workshop arrives July 2016 and includes the ability to build and manage your own Vault.

You can attract new Dwellers using pre-war industrial kits and even change and customise the look of your inhabitants with new barbershops and cosmetic surgery stations.

You can even run Vault-Tec approved experiments on your Dwellers to learn what makes an ideal citizen.

Nuka-World August 2016 and lets you visit a vast amusement park now a lawless city of Raiders. Explore an all-new region with an open wasteland and park zones like Safari Adventure, Dry Rock Gulch, Kiddie Kingdom and the Galactic Zone.

Bethesda say Nuka-World features new quests, Raiders, weapons and creatures, and will be the final DLC packages released by the development team.

Prey was also revealed following an earlier leak that revealed it was in development.

What we didn’t know was that Arkane Studios, the team behind the critically acclaimed Dishonored series, were at the helm.

Here’s the latest from Bethesda on the project: “You are Morgan Yu, the subject of morally dubious experiments designed to improve the human race.

"You awaken aboard the Talos 1 in the year 2032 and must uncover the secrets hiding in the depths of the space station while being hunted by the mysterious alien force that has taken over.

“You’ll have to rely on the tools you find on the station – along with your wits, weapons and mind-bending abilities – to combat the growing threat and, hopefully, survive. Get your first look at Prey in the cinematic reveal trailer.”

BETHESDA E3 AT A GLANCE:

Fallout 4 is set to be expanded further in 2016 with three new DLCS, one of which arrives very soon.

Data-miners discovered that multiple new codes had been added that pointed to new Workshop addons and a Nuka World.

Workshop: Contraptions arrives next week and adds new tools such as the conveyor belts.

It will be followed by a Build-Your-Own Vault pack in July, that will allow fans to build their own structures, much like in Fallout Shelter.

The final launch will include Nuka World, a new theme park location that will be released further in the future.

Skyrim has been announced by Bethesda, and will be released October 26, 2016.

It has long been rumoured and was finally confirmed tonight.

The new Skyrim on PS4 and Xbox One will offer new visuals and mod support.

Doom was also announced as getting free multiplayer content, as well as a new DLC pack.

Prey was also revealed, the long-thought canceled project is being brought back by the Dishonored team, Arkane Studios.

The Elder Scroll Online: Dark Brotherhood was also confirmed as the next DLC for the MMO.

UPDATE ONE: The Bethesda E3 Live showcase kicks off in under two hours and will look to include a mix of gaming reveals and announcements for Xbox One, PS4 and PC.

The current roster of titles that are currently being predicted to be talked about include: Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim for Xbox One and PS4, Evil Within 2, Wolfenstein 2 and Prey 2.

In a new update, it appears Bethesda could be set to announce one major remaster project alongside several planned sequels.

Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim has been identified as coming to Xbox One and PS4 by multiple sources and will also include Fallout 4-style mod support and a possible 2016 release date.

Dishonored 2 is a confirmed reveal for today, and fans can also expect some Fallout 4 news, as well as some new details on what comes next for DOOM.

New mobile games could also be on the agenda, Bethesda surprised many with Fallout Shelter, which went on to be a huge hit on Android and Apple devices.

Other projects that seem less likely to be revealed include Elder Scrolls 6 - We've heard little on a possible E3 2016 inclusion, however it would definitely be one of the biggest announcements from this year's expo.

A leaked Dishonored 2 trailer surfaced earlier today, featuring new gameplay and features from the upcoming Xbox One, PS4 and PC release.

Dishonored 2 currently has a November 11 release date and will include a new location Karnaca, which is also seen in the trailer.

Scheduled for Sunday, June 13 at 2:15am BST, Bethesda’s showcase looks set to include plenty of news on sequels to the Evil Within and Wolfenstein franchises, plus the return of a big fan favourite.

While fans have been hoping to see The Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim arrive on Xbox One Backward Compatibility, the next best thing could be announced tomorrow.

PS4 and Xbox One fans will be able to play a remastered release of Skyrim very soon, apparently the company are looking to repeat their success with Fallout 4 by announcing the Elder Scrolls title for release in November.

Bethesda managed to surprise everyone by revealing the post-apocalyptic title’s arrival in 2015, they also managed to keep a tie-in mobile game, Fallout Shelter, secret until the day of their showcase.

The big news about Skyrim’s arrival will be the inclusion of mod support for consoles, a massive game-changer to all fans who missed out on all the PC fun.

Other announcements look set to include a Fallout 4 DLC update, a DOOM expansion and another title in the popular reboot Wolfenstein: The New Order franchise.

Fallout 4 fans have already data-mined what could be one of Fallout 4’s new add-ons - named Nuka World.

It appears to be a reference to the game’s popular beverage and could even include tackling a crazy theme park, filled with some strange characters.

DOOM has turned out to be one of 2016’s best shooters and while the game ended on a cliffhanger, we can all expect a little more content to seep through via new DLC packages.

Dishonored 2 will be one of the big reveals, having been announced and given a trailer at last year’s event, fans can expect to learn a lot more about the next-gen sequel this week.

Could Elder Scrolls 6 make an appearance too? We’ve heard nothing of the sort but Bethesda have a track-record of being able to keep a few surprises up their sleeve.

A Bethesda Plus event kicks off soon afterward, hosted by Sessler and Webb, a post-show event show is also planned with exclusive interviews with developers.

A Blink-182 performance is also scheduled after all the reveals for those attending the show, The Express will be there and updating this story with all the new reveals when they happen.
