Job Summary

Join our Digital Team! We use simple and fun digital content to persuade the public to support Action for Children, and make sure young people's voices are heard.

We make sure it's easy to support Action for Children through online channels by donating, volunteering, becoming a carer or promoting our messages. We make sure service users (and potential service users) can find our services, find out what they do and how they can help them.

You’ll act as the champion for social media for all Action for Children staff. Act as the channel coordinator for our corporate social media channels. Create engaging and shareable content. Respond to and engage with social media interactions in a timely manner. Measure the success of the channels

Essential Requirements

Experience and success in using social media as a campaigning, fundraising and engagement tool in B2C environment. Demonstrable experience in growing and engaging social media audiences quickly and effectively, using innovating techniques. Experience in online marketing techniques including development of campaigns from inception, to delivery to analysis. Knowledge of how social media plays a part in the overall goals of a large organisation. Bachelor's degree or equivalent
