The Program Content

1 (55 min) Individual Success Strategy Session + Personal 90 Days Roadmap
This individual session is your opportunity to explore your personal make up so you name and face your biggest fears, appreciate your gifts and talents, and raise your standards. This first interaction provides the foundation for your journey.

During this Success Strategy Session, I personally assist you to clarify specific and achievable goals so you end up making the shift you have been longing for.
4 to 8 weekly (55 min) Zoom-Video Group Sessions
The energy and support of the group enable each participant to enrich herself with each diverse perspectives, reflections and ideas.

As your coach, I will create a safe and dynamic space to explore, learn and experiment desired behaviors, emotions and techniques to provoke and sustain the transformation each woman want to achieve.

1 Women Success Factor
A combination of self-assessments to assess your Success Factor and exploit it to reach your wildest dreams.
Planting The Seeds Of Change Workbook
I have designed this workbook especially for you. I suggest you print it and hand-write your answers so you anchor strongly your intentions, actions and commitment to yourself. The workbook includes powerful exercises, quotes and resources to support you beyond your coaching journey.
Access To A Private and Secure Online Area
The online platform I use allows you to access resources at anytime in addition to chat privately with me or openly with the group. It is also a great way to create accountability by creating action items and milestones with a timeline which comes with personal email reminders so you follow through.
