Celebrating our 10th vintage
It's hard to believe that 10 years ago we released our very first wines - a nerve-wracking moment that was the culmination of a lifelong dream. Today we stand strongly on our own two feet, and proudly present to you the first releases of our 10th vintage.
Sunnier skies and warmer weather calls for crisp and refreshing wines.
Back by popular demand, our 2015 Summa Quies Rosé is an ideal patio sipper. Last year we simply didn't make enough, so this year we upped the numbers by leaving select Pinot Noir rows just for this wine, resulting in 470 cases of summer in a bottle for you to enjoy.
Our 2015 Summa Quies Sauvignon Blanc is reflective of the premium deep clay soil terroir of the vineyard. The warm summer before harvest has helped make this one of our best harvest to dates, showcasing classic Sauvignon Blanc character.
Fear not: additional 2015 vintages will be released at a later time. Bottled in April, we're letting them cellar for a wee bit longer as they adjust to being in bottle and develop further complexity. Stay tuned!
In the meantime, we are opening our cellar door and releasing our superb 2012 Summa Quies Sin Cera. A red blend of Merlot, Malbec, and Petit Verdot aged 18 months in French oak, and a further two years in bottle.
