Erik Bauersfeld, Voice of Admiral Ackbar, Dead at 93

THR reports that Erik Bauersfeld, the voice of Star Wars characters Admiral Ackbar and Bib Fortuna, has passed away. Bauersfeld, who worked as a radio producer before his big screen debut, also played a gardener in A.I. Artificial Intelligence and more recently provided voice work for Crimson Peak. He was 93 years old.
