PetMeds® Team of Pharmacists

Eddie, 1-800-PetMeds Pharmacist

Eddie Khoriaty

Eddie, our Director of Pharmacy Services and Prescription Department Manager, graduated from St. Johns University. Early in his career, he specialized in neonatal intensive care pharmacy and parenteral nutrition. Eddie is a member of the American Pharmacists Association, the Broward County Pharmacy Association, a Clinical Affiliate Assistant Professor at Nova University and an Adjunct Clinical Instructor at St. Louis College of Pharmacy. He also writes a fun and informative weekly pet healthcare blog, which helps explain medical information to pet owners.

Doris, 1-800-PetMeds Pharmacist

Doris Garcia

Doris earned her Pharm.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University and works at 1-800-PetMeds® because of her love for animals, and because she did her school rotation here with us and loved it. Although Doris was offered several other positions in retail human pharmacies, she waited until a position opened here and applied right away. Since we already knew Doris and how wonderful she is, the decision to bring her on was an easy one. Doris was such a dedicated and bright student while she did her rotation here that we actually featured her in our weekly health blog. She is a true success story and we are so proud to have a second one of our students choose to work here with us.

Kelly, 1-800-PetMeds Pharmacist

Kelly Paterson

Kelly earned her Pharm.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2003 and graduated Magna Cum Laude. She has worked with 1-800-PetMeds® for 8 years and loves assisting pet lovers every day. Kelly and her husband have 6-year-old twins and two Siamese cats, Stoli and Sarchi.

Lillabeth, 1-800-PetMeds Pharmacist

Lillibeth Bourque

Lillibeth earned her Pharm.D. degree from Nova Southeastern University and chose to work at 1-800-PetMeds® because it combined her two loves of working at a pharmacy and helping animals. She is the only child of immigrant parents from the Philippines. She enjoys water sports (paddle boarding and wake surfing), foods from different cultures, and learning different languages.

Lisa, 1-800-PetMeds Pharmacist

Lisa McGrail

Lisa is a Board Member and Secretary Elect of the Broward County Pharmacy Association. She graduated 3rd in her class at St. John's University in Jamaica, NY. She is a proud mother of two sons, one daughter, and two spoiled dogs, Lucy, a Lab/Chow mix, and Lily, a Shih Tzu/Maltese Mix. Her love of animals and veterinary pharmacy lead her to choose to practice at 1-800-PetMeds®.

Marty, 1-800-PetMeds Pharmacist

Marty Fields

Marty graduated from Mercer University School of Pharmacy with a Pharm.D. degree. Prior to working at 1-800-PetMeds® he worked at hospitals and retail stores, and also owned his own pharmacy. Marty has been married for 31 years to his wife, Lynn, who is a registered nurse. They have two kids and one dog. His daughter, Melissa, is a 3rd grade private school teacher and his son, Michael, is attending college at Florida State University. Their dog, Brady, is a 90 pound Labrador who is always there to keep Marty and Lynn laughing.

Albert, 1-800-PetMeds Pharmacist

Albert Desiante

Albert graduated pharmacy school from St. Johns University in Queens NY. Albert comes to us after working in human pharmacy for many years specializing in diabetes, diabetic supplies, and insulin. He spent a considerable amount of his professional career communicating and teaching other health care professionals about the proper management of diabetes. His love for animals brought him to PetMeds where he finds himself helping pet parents manage diabetes to understand the proper use of insulin and insulin syringes. Albert's specialized knowledge in such an important medical topic for pet owners makes him a valuable member of our team.

Jessica, 1-800-PetMeds Pharmacist

Jessica West

Jessica has earned her PharmD degree from Nova Southeastern University in 2016. Her passion for animals is apparent with three rescues; two Maine Coon cats, Mikey and Olivia, and a German Shepherd named Parker.

Erin Scarpinato

Erin earned her PharmD from Nova Southeastern University in 2017. Erin was involved in doing case presentations on opportunistic infections to the pharmacy team and has extensive knowledge of the infectious disease process in both humans and pets. While at Nova she was also involved in Phi Delta Chi, APhA, SNPhA, and SCCP. Erin's drive to heal, to teach others, her great attention to detail coupled with her specialized knowledge, and her love for animals make her a valuable member of our team.
