Cushman & Wakefield has been instructed by Union Investment to commercialise Zebra Tower, a modern office building in the heart of Warsaw. 5,500 m² of space will be available in the middle of 2016.

Zebra Tower is one of the most recognisable office buildings in Warsaw, well visible and perfectly integrated into the city skyline. Its central location ensures excellent access both by car and public transport, with an underground station situated right next to the building, several bus stops around, and close proximity to tram stops. Drivers can safely leave their cars in one of 124 underground parking places. While enjoying all the benefits of the capital city’s centre, the building is also literally across the street from one of Warsaw’s largest green areas, making it a friendly environment for employees. The building itself is “green” as well, as it holds a LEED certificate.

Zebra Tower has around 17,000 m² of office space, 5,500 m² will be available in the middle of 2016.
