Our Hassle-Free Return Policy States
You may return any Unopened product to us for any reason within 30 days of you receiving the product.

  • Simply contact us by Chat or Phone at 877-592-0029 to let us know of your intent to return a product so we can be expecting it.
  • Then carefully package and ship (with tracking number) to:

  • Please include a copy of the packing slip that was sent on your order or any paper with your Order Number or Name and Email address.


And that's it, You can expect your Refund to be processed within a few days after receiving and checking the product.

We really do mean you can return any Unopened product for any reason but please keep the following in mind:

Only Unopened products may be returned.
Please note that this means we cannot accept opened products. We bring you quality supplements backed by thousands of Customer testimonials and years of use and effective results, but please bear in mind that since everybody is different we can not guarantee results (nobody can!). By choosing to open a product, you are making an investment in your health. And bear in mind that although there is a very slight chance that you won't get the results you Want, You Absolutely Will get some benefit out of using the products we carry as their Natural ingredients will provide you with some benefit. If you're unsure about whether you'll like a particular product, ask about our "Trial Sizes" which we do have available for some of our products at a discounted price.

You have to ship the products back to us.
In order to be able to offer all our customers the best prices, Unless it's a mistake by us, we do not pay for return shipping. You get to choose what method you use to ship the products back, but the only thing we ask for is that whatever method you chose has a tracking number that will confirm delivery since we can't be responsible for lost packages.

You have to notify us of the return within 30 days.
And we should receive your package shortly thereafter. Please note that we can't issue any credit back past 45 days due to our credit card processors rules, so any returns after that simply can't be processed.

A Restocking fee will be assessed on your return.
Unless it's our mistake or you're exchanging for another product a retocking fee of no more than 20% will be assessed on your return. This is only to cover our initial shipping and processing cost to have shipped out your order. As a courtesy to you, if you elect to get store credit or to get an exchange for another product we will minimize the Restocking fee.

FOR DAMAGED OR INCOMPLETE ORDERS

We ship each and every order with the utmost care and attention. However in the extremely rare instances where an item is damaged in transit or an item is missing we ask that you follow the following procedures: Please contact us at 1-877-592-0029 or by Email (Chat) within 48 hours of receiving your order (based on the information on your tracking number). If your order is damaged, please keep all the packing box and materials exactly as it arrived and document (take pictures of) the damage. Claims without proper damage documentation are automatically declined and we are unable to issue a Refund or Replacement for them. Please have your packing slip handy when contacting us regarding your order as there may be information on there that we need to ask you for.
