2017 NYCAP Officer Nominations
The New York City Alumnae Panhellenic Council has one open position.  Based on the nominations received, the NYCAP Board will slate nominees for the open position.  At the following quarterly delegates meeting, each Panhellenic alumnae chapter in good standing with NYCAP will have one vote to approve or reject the slate.

Vice President - Finance
The Vice President-Finance bills alumnae associations and collects annual dues; maintains custody of funds throughout the year; keeps an accurate account of all accounts held under the New York City Alumnae Panhellenic Association name and reports quarterly to the membership the statement of accounts; builds and monitors the NYCAP yearly budget; and pays yearly dues of the New York City Alumnae Panhellenic to the National Panhellenic Conference.
Vice President - Membership
The Vice President-Membership regularly “checks-in” via email with Alumnae Association delegates (presidents and panhellenic representatives); follow-ups with chapters not represented at quarterly meetings; establishes committees and work groups as needed to support projects and initiatives; contacts International/ National headquarters of National Panhellenic Conference groups not currently represented on the New York City Alumnae Panhellenic; and establishes a relationship with and serves as a liaison to area Collegiate Panhellenics, coordinates the New York City Alumnae Panhellenic scholarship process.
Vice President - Fundraising
The Vice President-Fundraising plans and overseas all philanthropic events sponsored by NYCAP or in which NYCAP participates and works closely with PR/Social events chairwoman.


Vice President - Professional Development
The Vice President-Professional Development planning at least two events per year  It can be a LeanIn Circle, a guest speaker, a networking event, etc.  The chair would need to arrange for the programming, venue, and invitations.  This chair would also be the lead moderator for NYCAP's LinkedIn group.
