Solomon's Kidney Transplant

My friend Solomon Kinyanjui has been on renal dialysis for four years. Unfortunately, he is running out of options, and is now looking to get a Kidney transplant.

Solomon, 39 years old, is a family man with a wife and 5 children who depend on him. He's greatest wish is to be healthy again, and be there to see his children grow up!  

He has a kidney donor, but short on funds for the transplant.
