Greetings from Madrid, where this month the Devour Spain team has been hard at work-- tasting tapa after tapa, and watching lots of flamenco (it's a tough job, but someone has to do it!). But our work has been well worth it, as we are proud to present our newest member of the family: the Devour Madrid Evening Tapas & Flamenco Tour.
Tapas and flamenco are two of the most quintessentially Spanish concepts, but like most things there are good versions of each. And too many people come all the way to Spain, only to see mediocre flamenco and eat mediocre tapas. We want to fix that!
Our aim is to show you a local's take on flamenco and tapas, and our amazing guides are ready to delve deep into the history and the soul of both.

Taking place in one of Madrid's most traditional flamenco neighborhoods, the Literary Quarter, you'll visit three of Madrid's most beloved tapas bars, tasting Spain's best wine, cheese, ham and plenty of other traditional tapas.
And in between bites, you'll venture through the narrow streets of the Literary Quarter, learning how flamenco has impacted this historic neighborhood. After we've piqued your interest, you'll visit Cardamomo, one of the city's best tablaos, for an hour-long show. And after the show the tour must go on, as we continue to eat, drink and be merry!
