I used to sing First Soprano and love classical arts because of it!
What kind of books do you write?
Erotica, the hotter the better with a well-written and interesting storyline.
What inspired you to write?
It's something I've thought about. I used to write poetry for personal enjoyment. My teachers said they enjoyed reading my essays. After reading E.L. James first book – Fifty Shades of Grey I was inspired to write my own love story…a very steamy one!
What makes your writing stand out from the crowd?
My sensual scenes are very imaginative. I enjoy rereading them myself! I also give my characters real lives and personalities. That means having insecurities, stellar days, average days, even bad hair days. Seriously, my characters mean a lot to me so I want their lives to grow in my books.
What is the hardest part of writing – for you?
Honestly, nothing yet. This was a love project as are books 2 and 3 in the series. The story came naturally, it all just flowed. I am so grateful for that.
Where do you like to write – what is your routine?
At home while looking out a big window over tree tops. I also listen to music while I write.
What do you do when you are not writing – do you have a day job?
I keep enjoying life to the max!!!!
Do you work with an outline or just write?
I just write. I have a subject in mind and then ask myself a question like…what if…?
What advice would you have for other writers?
Keep smiling. Take each day as it comes. Clear your head with a walk when needed. Books are subjective remember that. Always be respectful of your readers and all the people that help you along the way! They are very important!
How important is marketing and social media for you?
Marketing and Social Media are extremely important today. One click can reach so many instantaneously.
What's your next step?
To get book two (Solid Stone: Odyssey) to my editor next week and finish book 3 (Solid Stone: Choices) which I'm well into now. And of course to share my books with as many interested readers as possible.
