Goalball is a game is played 3-on-3 and every player is blind folded. The goal is to get the ball across the court to score. It is designed for those who are visually impaired.

Kyle Sochia, with Kentucky School for the Blind, said, "The students have been pumped. They've known that the event has been going on for about a month. They ask me every Monday 'is today the day the Paralympics players come?'" They've just been ecstatic about it."

Monday's event is just one of 12 happening across the country. Each one is designed to give teenagers and adults with impaired vision an opportunity to improve their physical fitness levels.
