PROS: Easy to use, configure, and track clients. It is great for companies who have a small number of clients as the system limits the number you can add into your contacts. I'd recommend this for any small business.

CONS: I find this as the most intuitive CRM that I've used. It was able to give me an excellent experience. Unfortunately, to attain this experience, you must really spend time to learn its functions.

PROS: It is super easy to use. Give it three to four days and you're already an expert on how to use it. It also allows you to create advertisements and instreams. This is very convenient for us as our company uses instream.

CONS: There are limitations with the free software. We can't use it in multiple computers. They should also make improvements on the paid plan or atleast let us know in detail what we are going to get. The great thing about it though is even if you encounter some errors, their development team is there to help you solve it.

PROS: It is simple to use. It doesn't take much to learn its functions. It also allows you to create successful campaigns that could benefit your company's sales and your relationship with clients. We found this very helpful in our business.

CONS: Since the free version is limited, I could only test some of the functions. It's be great if they can include all the functions in the paid plan to the free version so we can test it out and see the overall effectivity of InStream.

PROS: It provides us with all the things we need in a CRM platform. It helped us communicate better with our clients, converting them into loyal customers that will support us no matter what.

PROS: All my clients data are in one place, allowing me to see their information and view if there are any potential clients that we can convert. It also strengthens our ties with old clients as it provides us ways on how to convert them back into using our services again. It also allows us to treat every customer, no matter their status, equally.

CONS: Their customer service needs improvement. They are not present whenever we have any problem. I experienced having to ask them multiple times to check a problem because they wouldn't respond.

PROS: It is a good tracking tool to our projects. Since we are broadcasting campaigns via email, it allows us to see if the content we sent out is being opened. It also allows you to easily create campaigns and categorize contacts. Furthermore, its support team is very accomodating and friendly. They were able to solve my problems efficiently.

CONS: Their support team is very helpful. Whenever I encounter any problem. they are always there to assist me. As a result, I don't have any complaints about Instream. Every feature I've learned how to use only proves to be useful to us.

PROS: It optimizes our marketing and increased our sales. Its features include managing contacts, automating sales, and tracking tasks. PROS: Customer management is very easy. I can also connect it with my social media platforms, which allows me to gather essential information on clients. It also has great tools that you can utilize to attract new customers and increase your sales.
