Yep, Brian had cosmetic surgery after a six-figure bet with a friend – but after 19 years, he has now decided to have them removed.
Brian had the implants put in after making a bet with a friend in 1997, but has now appeared on Botched in an effort to have the implants removed.
On Tuesday's episode of the hit E! show, viewers met Brian, a magician and self-confessed gambler.
"In about 1997-ish I was in some restaurant in Europe and I was with two friends, and his girlfriend at the time was flaunting her boobs," Brian explained.
"And I said to my friend, 'If I had boobs like hers, I could get just as much attention as she would'.
"There are very few things I won't do for a bet.
"The first time I showed my friend, he laughed for 10 minutes and said, 'That is the best $100,000 I've ever lost'."
Botched season three airs on Tuesdays at 9pm on E! in the US.
