Everything You Need to Know to Survive a Day at Work When You're Jet Lagged

There are few things more miserable than starting your work day after flying. Especially if you’re traveling across time zones. You’re exhausted, cranky, and probably much more in the mood for a bed than a 9 AM meeting.

While we can’t ask your boss to give you the day off, we can help you overcome jet lag.
