The Friends of Bernards Township Library, in conjunction with Digital Memory Media, will conduct a digital conversion session at the library, 32 South Maple Ave., in Basking Ridge, from 10 a.m. to noon on Saturday, April 9.
Twenty percent of the revenue will be donated to The Friends of Bernards Township Library.
Those interested in converting video tapes, slides, photographs, negatives, albums, 8mm and 16mm movies, vinyl records, audio cassettes and reel-to-reel audio should bring their items to Program Room A on the lower level of the library to be dropped off and converted to DVD format. Digital Memory Media professionals will be on hand to answer questions. When the conversion is completed, participants will be notified of a date and time to retrieve their materials from the library.
Price lists are available at the library or online at www.BernardsLibrary.org/Friends. For questions or more information, call Joan at (908) 696-0358.
HELP SUPPORT OUR WORK:You obviously care about local news and value good journalism. As a community-based publication run by an independent and local nonprofit, the Corporation for New Jersey Local Media, we feel the same. CNJLM supports strong local journalism and engaged communities - but this work isn't free. With a small donation, you can support this paper and our parent nonprofit. Thank you for reading and for helping secure the future of quality local journalism.
