Violists Mat Maneri and Tanya Kalmanovitch have completed a successful Kickstarter campaign to help fund their first album as a duo, achieving 112% funding with five days remaining. The campaign wraps up with a celebratory concert at The New School this Friday, November 20. They'll be playing in the College of Performing Arts' beautiful new glass box theater, located at 55 West 13th Street in Manhattan. This concert is free and open to the public.
The Kickstarter campaign is active until this Sunday, November 22. If you'd like to pre-order Magic Mountain on double LP, CD or digital download, there's still time! Though they've met their target, the additional funds will help to cover any remaining post-production expenses.
