Microsoft readies 104 Xbox 360 games to launch on Xbox One with backward compatibility on November 12
Microsoft announces the first wave of Xbox 360 games that will be playable on the Xbox One following this week's big "Xbox One Experience" update.
Microsoft's next Xbox One update slated for November 12 promises to bring some improvements to the console's interface and social experience.
But most gamers are patiently awaiting the arrival of backward compatibility, a feature which lets Xbox One owners play legacy games from the 360 console for free.
Microsoft built its own virtual-emulation program to bring the complete library of 360 titles back to the Xbox One experience.
