A closed beta for Homefront: The Revolution will begin on Xbox One next month, running from February 11-14.

To get involved, you need to get your hands on an Xbox One Beta Token.

Details for getting these are forthcoming, but publisher Deep Silver and Microsoft will be teaming up to run a number of promotions where you'll have your chance.

Obviously, signing up for the closed beta through the official Homefront website would be a good start.

The beta will offer the chance to try out Resistance Mode, a narrative-driven co-op mode that aims to bolster The Revolution's 30-hour campaign.

If you get yourself signed up on the Homefront site, community members are also in with a chance of getting a sneak peek of this newly revealed mode in an upcoming closed beta stress test, with the first of these happening January 29 and the other on February 5 - both on Xbox One.

Homefront: The Revolution is scheduled for release on May 17 in North America and May 20 everywhere else on PC, PS4 and Xbox One. Mac and Linux versions are also in development.
