Rainier Beer will be brewed in Woodinville
Our erstwhile hometown lager will soon be brewed in Woodinville, reports the Puget Sound Business Journal. But it's complicated. Portland-based Craft Brew Alliance, which also brews Redhook, Widmer, and Kona beers, will start producing Rainier at its Woodinville facility this spring. Rainier is owned by Pabst Blue Ribbon and will continue to be, but the beer will be renamed as Rainier Pale Mountain Ale.
