I found exactly what was looking for but as I live in France had a narrow delivery window for collection in the UK. I phoned sofasofa to make sure of the lead time and said that I needed the sofas to be delivered between the 9th and the 13th of April, I was told that my request had been noted and that my date window was realistic, the lady checked with the dispatch department who confirmed that there would be a delivery to our area in the UK around the requested dates. At the end of March I received a phone call confirming delivery for the 11th and a week before received a text giving a 2 hour slot. Sofas arrived on time and are lovely.

Having previously purchased a sofa 15/20 years earlier from SofaSofa, we immediately thought of returning for our recent purchase, living some distance away, we chose to use the virtual tour which was excellently conducted by Kerry, Kerry was very patient and helpful with the tour also sending us swatches and giving advice when needed, we eventually chose the Jasper 3 seater in Manolo Fog with foam/feather cushions.
It was delivered 4 weeks later by 2 very pleasant and helpful guys, they set it up and gave advice on stain protection, the sofa looks stunning and the build quality is excellent.
Would not hesitate to purchase from Sofa sofa again

Sofa arrived well within suggested delivery date. Delivery team were prompt and polite. 3 piece suite was set up and care explained. It is extremely comfortable and very well made. We are extremely pleased with it. I would highly recommend SofaSofa.

Ourselves and family have used sofa sofa before and they have never disappointed us. The order and video process when choosing from the Florence Collection was easy to follow and all the staff we spoke to were very friendly and helpful. The delivery arrived exactly when agreed, the delivery team were excellent and the sofas look fabulous.

I visited the showroom, which is local to my home. I chose two leather malmo sofas according to the size of my house. Very smart and likely to be long lasting quality. Prompt delivery after purchase. Reassured that I could return if necessary.

Wonderful company. One of the very few who do lose covers easily washed. Extremely helpful and friendly when phoned with subsequent queries. Fully recommend them.

I’ve had my Harper sofa for about 3 months and I am very happy with it. I opted for feather filled cushions so it is quite firm but I like that. No issues with service and delivery men were friendly and efficient.

I have now had these 2 Florence sofas for exactly a year. They are without doubt the worst made most uncomfortable sofas ever! One had to go back after a few weeks - all the piping had frayed. I had hoped and prayed having spent nearly 2k on them they would soften in time but they are truly dreadful. I’ve waited also before leaving a review as I recently bought a very similar style from Dusk at under half price. True the arms are lower and the back too and you can’t reverse the cushions but at least it is COMFORTABLE! No silly feather wrapped cushions where all the feathers poke through. No back cushions that are so heavy I can barely lift them - just COMFORT. If you are looking for a lovely comfortable sofa DO NOT buy Florence sofas. If you think paying more equals quality and comfort don’t spend it in sofa sofa!!

I had a phone call from Sofasofa yesterday. The reason? To try to blackmail me into removing this feedback on the understanding they would replace the seat cushions-something they should have done months ago! The MD couldn’t even be bothered to phone me, but got “I like the sound of my own voice “ Natalie to pass this message on. I WOULD THINK VERY CAREFULLY ABOUT BUYING FROM THIS COMPANY.

We experienced great customer service. Having purchased from you before we knew the chairs would be good quality and comfortable at a reasonable price, but what we really appreciated were the phone calls to update us and to arrange delivery and the cheerful delivery staff who arrived on time and assembled the furniture in place.

Our sofa & chair arrived 6th October in the 3 hr delivery time slot, & what a beautiful chair & sofa it is. We chose Jasper 3 seater sofa & Jasper chair in chenille velvet fabric Cinnamon colour. The colour was exactly as it was shown on the website also ordered a swatch too. Frame is solid & heavy, fabric is premium quality workmanship is excellent. We are extremely happy with our purchase & highly recommend Sofasofa.

Ordered by phone some Armcaps for our SofaSofa Lydia furniture we bought last year! Lady on phone couldn't have been more helpful!!

Armcaps arrived very quickly and were very well wrapped and delivered by DHL.

We bought two, two seater Mia sofas with the small footstool and later ordered cushions. Ordering was so easy on the website, communication was good from the start and clear delivery guidance was given. Sofas arrived and they are perfect, really beautiful. I am so happy with them, comfortable, look lovely and not too big or bulky. The cushions on my second order arrived safely and quickly. I couldn't be happier.

I already have a sofa and Madrid sofabed from this company, bought some 15/20 years ago. I was so impressed by their quality that I decided to buy another Madrid sofabed to replace the old one (moving it to another room, so will still be in use) At the time of ordering I also bought a set of replacement loose covers to put on our current sofabed, while waiting for the new one to arrive. The covers are a little long in the front, but otherwise ok.
The new sofabed was delivered on Wednesday 13th March....and taken away again the same day. I was shocked that it would have been allowed to leave the workshop in such a dreadful state.
The frame itself felt flimsy, the covers were not attached to it at all (like the one this was to replace), but were just a set of ill fitting loose covers which were far too long at the front edge and didn't fit the frame at all. The fabric on the cushions was rucked up along the seams and the front of the cushions were so obviously uneven, instead of the top and bottom piping row being parallel to each other.
I can't believe that the workforce at Sofasofa would be happy with the shoddy workmanship that has been sent out.....and, indeed, sent straight back. Once upon a time their sofas were something to be proud of.
I was told to email the accounts department for a full refund, which I did straight away, providing photographs of the sofabed too. As yet, I have had no communication from Sofasofa at all.
I am now starting the process again of looking for another sofabed elsewhere.
Surely, I cannot be the only disappointed customer on here?

Another good experience with SofaSofa having previously bought from them some years ago. This time two Tate sofas and a footstool in Isla Tweed. Really very pleased with them. Took the option of having foam seats to have a firmer sit and not have to plump up cushions, but with foam/feather backs.
Customer service and delivery all excellent. Our cat is very pleased with the footstool which turns out to be just the right size for her!!

I left an excellent 5 star review on 1 May 2022 for this company and received a nice response from Sofa Sofa. However at a later date Trustpilot chose to remove my five star review stating it did not conform to their guidelines. Just stating this to Sofa Sofa so they know Trustpilot delete genuine nice reviews of a company for what reason I have no idea.

Wonderful experience from start to finish. Lovely large showroom where we were able to browse without pressure. Staff were friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. Purchased two armchairs which were made to order within 4 weeks. Communication was excellent and delivery seamless- the delivery men were efficient and polite. Chairs look great and are super comfortable- brilliant. Makes a great change to be able to leave a good review 👏😁

I bought three sofas in November 2023. Two three seaters and a two seater. We chose the Windsor in Stanway Aqua Herringbone (dark duck egg) fabric with solid dark legs and chrome caps. What a fabulous company! The communication from the moment I placed the order was excellent. The fabric samples arrived promptly. The arrangments regarding delivery were precise and confirmed. The delivery dates provided were not altered at any point. The customer service office and delivery office were so polite and helpful. The drivers who delivered our sofas were considerate and polite. The sofas far exceeded my expectations and I am thrilled with them. I would recommend SofaSofa to any friends or family. I am also delighted that my furniture is being manufactured in the United Kingdom rather than imported :)

Very well made 3 seater Newport sofabed and 2 armchairs delivered October 2022. Wish I could say the same for the loose covers - by contrast, v poor quality fabric & floppy single layer to the floor.
Have just invested in Plumbs loose covers tailored to fit, with piped edge double layer ‘skirt’, beautifully pleated at the corners, hanging beautifully, and the suite now looks superb!!
