it was amazing

I read this book by D. W. Hardin because I met him on Twitter and he's a real cop. Like me, who is a real hairdresser, and a writer, I get a lot of skepticism from "pre-readers" and I also wondered if he could write what he knows and yet ACTUALLY write! Agh... Thankfully I found his writing to be entertaining, intelligent and well structured.
I read A Time To Lie when my mom was in her last days and it was a welcome distraction.
I recommend this book because I betcha it's based on many actual cases where the cop gets blamed because of politics and the public's need for a quick wrap-up of crimes and murders. I'll be reading more D.W.Hardin books!
